How to use the report

The report is separated into 2 parts.

Part 1: Market Overview

The first part of the report provide readers with an idea on the market overview by using simple analogies namely, Bearish or Bullish, to describe the current stock market condition.

Bullish market condition, means that there is a higher probability of trade success for Long trades.


Bearish market condition,  means that there is a higher probability of trade success for Short trades.

Part 2: Trading Watch List

The second part of the report are screens done using 4 sets of criteria to scan for potential long and short candidates.

  • Swing Trading(Long) are stocks that are trending upwards, currently on possible short term pull back but showing signs of reversing back to its primary upward trend. Scans Larger price stocks (More than $1.00).

  • Swing Trading (Short) are stocks that are trending downwards, currently on possible short term pull back but showing signs of reversing back to its primary downward trend. Scans Larger price stocks (More than $1.00).

  • Trend Trading (Long) are stocks that experience higher than usual buying activity on the previous trading day. Thus, providing possible clue of insiders* buying, which may lead to probable upward trend. Scans smaller price stocks (Less than $1.00).

  • Trend Trading (Short) are stocks that experience higher than usual selling activity on the previous trading day. Thus, providing possible clue of insiders* selling, which may lead to probable downward trend. Scans smaller price stocks (Less than $1.00).

*Insiders in this case are investors or institutions who have done a better job in analysing the stock, and are on the forefront of a new trend.

Bullish Market Condition
Under bullish market condition, traders should take long trades, selecting long candidates using their own analysis. Or traders can also make use of the stocks in the Swing Trading(Long) & Trend Trading (Long) lists to analyse for potential trading candidates.

Bearish Market Condition
Under bearish market condition, traders should take short trades, selecting short candidates using their own analysis. Or traders can also analyse the stocks in the Swing Trading(Short) & Trend Trading (Short) list to analyse for potential trading candidates.
